Preserves for sale...chutneys, relishes and savoury stuff!
Priced at £3.20 for one jar or £6.00 for two.
This is one of my favourite chutneys. I always eat it alongside my homemade curries and rice but it also goes well with cold meat like ham or chicken. Only 3 jars available!
Made with our home-grown redcurrants, this jelly is really lovely with a Sunday roast, or with grilled meat, or can be warmed and used as a glaze on fruit tarts. |
I picked the beetroot in this chutney, from Rectory Farm, Stanton St John on a lovely sunny day. Using my Grandma's recipe, beetroot is cooked with Bramley apples to make this sweet and tasty relish which is great with cheese and ham.
A dipping sauce, made with red and orange peppers and green chillies it's perfect with salads (I mix it with lime juice to make a tangy salad dressing), with fishcakes, or added to soups or casseroles.
